As Canadian Chapter President, Tim Peters increased the CoreNet brand across the Canadian real estate community. Tim boosted membership by 25 percent, with substantial new growth in young leaders and strategic alliances with Public Works Canada and RPIC. Tim founded their now annual marquis awards event, The Remmys, a sell-out every year.

Tim Peters was brought on to work with the top real estate producer at Cushman & Wakefield, Randy Borron. Tim developed from zero profile, three new verticals including life sciences, higher education and food & beverage. Tim crafted an innovative partnership between Loblaw, Ontario Universities and Team Borron.
Tim Peters developed a new $5M account with University of Toronto for Herman Miller Canada, developing strategic relationships with the Provost, VP of Research and multiple Deans across the campus. Every project was delivered on time and under budget.
Tim Peters worked with the KPMG design team and Ellis Don to build out their innovative, interactive workspace in the new Bay Adelaide Centre.
Through his strategic sales development program, Tim Peters entrenched his client as the incumbent partner of Sanofi Pasteur—a $10M sales result and a spin off to Sunnybrook Hospital and MaRS Research Tower. In achieving this preferred vendor status across North America for his client, Tim's launched a decade-long business development specialty in life sciences.
Tim Peters has partnered with this leading Canadian architectural firm on various education and healthcare projects, including the Centennial College Progress Campus new library and academic facility.
Tim Peters has earned his credibility among the Life Sciences community by volunteerining on numerous LS committees over the past decade. This work has allowed him to nurture relationships with top decision makers at GSK, Novartis Alcon, BLG LLP, EY, RBC, and Sanofi Genzyme.
Tim spearheaded the first integrated facility management contract solution for Manulife to one service provider.
